RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The aim of Free Plast Srl (“the Seller”) is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 8 calendar days from the day you received the products purchased on www.LevupBox.com. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier that the Seller himself will send directly to your address. The return shipment is entirely at the expense of the Seller as it offers you the free return service. The products can be returned only after completing the return request. To complete the request you must send an email with the request to info@levupbox.com
CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
- The return request must be completed within 8 days calendar from the delivery date;
- the products must not have been used or damaged;
- the identification tag must still be attached to the products;
- products must be returned in their original packaging;
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the price of the products purchased. If, at the time of ordering, the 24-hour delivery option was chosen, the Seller is not required to refund this additional service. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products returned at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Regardless of the payment method you used (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within seven (7) calendar days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out above.
The actual time for the crediting or refund of the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- credit/debit card purchase: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card company, but usually occurs within two bank statements. Please note that the value date of the refund is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
- Payment to current account: the refund will be made to the current account you indicated, therefore the refund time depends on the accuracy of the data you enter; normally the re-credit will occur within seven (7) days.
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION TAG
All products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with an identification tag, which is an integral part of the item. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag because returned products without it will not be accepted.
COURIER
For the return of the products, the Seller will cover the costs of sending the courier directly to your address. You will not have to face any economic costs as Free plast Srl offers a paid return service.
RETURNS
You can make a free return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order. The return is free of shipping costs, we will take care of everything. The only terms to observe for the return are:
- items to be returned must be carefully packaged as they were delivered to you to protect them from transport;
- must not be damaged or used;
- must be returned with the appropriate identification tag and in their original packaging.
How to proceed to make a return to Freeplast Srl :
1 – FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM
- Registered user. If you are a registered user click on the Login item at the top left of the home page Free Plast Srl and enter your details in the appropriate window. After logging in with your account, you can carry out the return procedure by clicking on Manage return practices and then Open the return practice. Select the order for which you wish to return, the items within it and indicate the reason why you are returning them. Wait for the confirmation email and print the document with the data relating to the return practice which will be included inside the package.
- Unregistered user. If you are not registered on Freeplast Srl send an email to info@levupbox.com by entering your details and the order number found on the receipt. Select the items you wish to return and indicate the reason why you are returning them. Wait for the confirmation email and print the document with the return details that will be included in the package.
2 – PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Insert the products to be returned inside the package, complete with original packaging and identification tag together with the document with the data relating to the return procedure.
Close the package and make sure it is properly sealed.
3 – RETURN DELIVERY
Wait for the courier to arrive and hand over the package. The courier will pick up your return free of charge at the address you specified within 24/48 hours of starting the return process.
4 – GET A REFUND
After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed with the refund of the returned items. You will receive an email with the confirmation of the receipt of the package and the refund. The refund will be made within 7 working days from the moment you send us the package. The refund of the amount paid by you will depend on the payment methods used:
- purchase by credit/debit card. The amount will be credited back to the card according to the refund times of the credit/debit card management company;
- payment in cash on delivery or bank transfer. The refund will be made to the current account you indicated (IBAN) via email to info@levupbox.com specifying the return request number.
Freeplast Srl reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the set period or those items that do not present the same conditions of receipt.
